How to Make a Purchase
While browsing the selection, you can add chosen products to your Cart with a single click. It is recommended to add everything you like – this does not commit you to purchase, but it allows you to continue browsing without having to search for the products again. Before finalizing the purchase, anything can be removed from the Cart. Each product page contains all essential information, including the description and price, next to the images.
After placing a product in the Cart, you can continue browsing by clicking the “Continue Shopping” button, or start finalizing the order by clicking “View Your Cart.” At this step, the Customer can decide to purchase as a “Guest” or register. Previously registered Customers can log in with their password. Since the registration form contains personal and shipping information, after registering or logging in, the Customer only needs to provide shipping and payment details.
Shipping Method:
For international shipping, delivery is handled by the Fedex.
Payment Method:
Depending on the chosen shipping method, payment can be made online by card.
After selecting the payment method, the purchase must be confirmed. At this step, the Customer can review the selected products, their quantities, the total amount payable, and the shipping cost on a summary page. The Customer can also verify and update their contact information stored in the system. Once the Customer confirms everything is correct, they can submit the order by clicking “Place Order.”
By sending the order, the Customer assumes an obligation to pay for the ordered products. Failure to settle the payment may result in penalties. The Seller is not responsible for technical problems that may occur during the purchase process.
The website automatically confirms the receipt of the submitted order via an automatic email. Upon receiving this confirmation email, a valid contract is formed between the distant Seller and Customer, and the products and prices in the contract cannot be modified afterward.
If the confirmation email does not arrive within 24 hours, the Customer should notify the Seller by phone or email, as the absence of confirmation may be caused by an incorrect email address, a full mailbox, or a system error.
Prices
The product prices listed on the website are gross prices, but excluding shipping costs.
Discounts
From time to time, the Seller issues coupons entitling the Customer to a certain percentage discount, which can be used for purchases in the Webshop. The discount coupon contains a password for redeeming the discount, the discount amount in percentage or a specific sum in HUF, and the expiration date of the coupon.
If the Customer purchases in the Webshop within the period specified on the discount coupon, and enters the referenced password in the notes section, the discount specified on the coupon can be applied to the total purchase price, and the product can be purchased at the reduced price. In this case, the contract between the parties is concluded at the reduced purchase price.
Online Card Payment
Online card payments are processed through the Barion system. Card details are not shared with the merchant. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is under the supervision of the Hungarian National Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.
In-Person Pickup
Products can be picked up in person at the Seller’s premises (see: Location section). In this case, no shipping fee is charged.
Shipping
Shipments are delivered by Fedex courier service. Ordered products are shipped per order in a single free gift box with packaging to ensure product safety, within 5–20 business days depending on the nature of the product. The Seller is only responsible for the shipping deadline, not the delivery date or lost shipments. Upon receipt, the Customer must open the package in front of the courier to check for damages, and in case of any damage or other complaints, a report must be made. The Seller can only accept claims with an official report.
